Thank you for choosing Hair International for your wedding day. We want your day to be as carefree and special as possible. We offer full bridal salon and spa services to help complete the finishing touches on your wedding day. Please complete and return this form so we can schedule all services needed for you and your wedding guests.

Please be aware this agreement is a contract that requires a credit card to reserve all of your appointments. Any cancellation made with less than 72-hour notice will be charged, full fee of the service scheduled, to the credit card associated with this contract.

Suggested enhancement services prior to and on your wedding day, may include:

• Facials
• Waxing
• Makeup Application
• Hair Color Treatment
• Eyelash Extensions
• Hair Extensions

Prior to the big day:

• Bridal party agreement must be completed and signed
• We recommend a practice style and makeup session with your scheduled stylist
• Look for pictures of hairstyle ideas

On your wedding day:

• Anyone booked with up-dos: DO NOT wash your hair the morning-of, working with the hair’s natural oils allows for a cleaner finish to your bridal updo. MAKE SURE HAIR IS COMPLETELY DRY WHEN YOU ARRIVE.
• If you haven’t met with a stylist, please bring pictures of what you would like to help the stylist understand what you are thinking.
• Remember to bring any special hair accessories, flowers, veils, etc.
• We do NOT have waterproof mascara, if you prefer to use waterproof, please bring your own.
• Please arrive on time and ready for your appointment.
• Wear a button-up/zip-up shirt to keep hair intact.
• We will have a designated area if you would like to bring any snacks, bagels, juice, cups, plates, etc.

On-site locations:

We perform on-site services for an additional $150 travel fee. Whether you want your stylist to come to your home, hotel or to the bridal suite venue; Hair International stylists are available to travel to you. We bring all of our supplies directly to you and your bridal party so that you can relax and get beautiful in the space of your choice. (If the wedding location is outside of 30 miles from the salon, or a hotel stay for the stylist is necessary, extra fees will be added to the bill the day of the wedding. Last-minute time or location changes could be subject to extra fees.) The salon’s travel fee will serve as your deposit and is due at the time you book your wedding date.
